Our maintenance crew members participate in on-going training both in-house and through ancillary partners. They learn a broad variety of topics such as the names of plant material and safe operation of equipment and tools. Our team works 10 hour days Monday through Thursday and return early to perform maintenance on the tools and trucks each Thursday. We use our farm in Woodburn as a training ground for our employees to keep their skills polished and monitored by management.
